MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: OneConnect Financial Technology Co., Ltd. (OCFT)
OneConnect Financial Technology Co., Ltd. (OCFT) has announced a 1-for-10 reverse stock split effective for Monday, December 12, 2022. On that date, the current OCFT option class will change to OCFT1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list OCFT1 options. Therefore, no options on OCFT will be available for trading on Monday, December 12, 2022.
OneConnect Financial Technology Co., Ltd. (OCFT) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Tuesday, December 13, 2022.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in OCFT will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, December 9, 2022.
