MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Triumph Group, Inc. (TGI)
Triumph Group, Inc. (TGI) has announced a warrants distribution effective for Friday, December 9, 2022. On that date, the current TGI option class will change to TGI1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list TGI1 options. Therefore, no options on TGI will be available for trading on Friday, December 9, 2022.
Triumph Group, Inc. (TGI) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Monday, December 12, 2022.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in TGI will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, December 8, 2022.
