MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Checkpoint Therapeutics, Inc. (CKPT) and DURECT Corporation (DRRX)
Checkpoint Therapeutics, Inc. (CKPT) and DURECT Corporation (DRRX) both have announced reverse splits effective for Tuesday, December 6, 2022. On that date, the current CKPT option class will change to CKPT1 and DRRX will change to DRRX1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list CKPT1 or DRRX1 options. Therefore, no options on CKPT and DRRX will be available for trading on Tuesday, December 6, 2022.
Checkpoint Therapeutics, Inc. (CKPT) and DURECT Corporation (DRRX) both will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Wednesday, December 7, 2022.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in CKPT and DRRX will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, December 5, 2022.
