MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Delisting of Option Classes
Applied Genetic Technologies Corporation (AGTC), Akouos, Inc. (AKUS), and Flagstar Bancorp, Inc. (FBC) will be de-listed from the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange effective on Friday, December 2, 2022.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in AGTC, AKUS and FBC will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, December 1, 2022.
