MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: TotalEnergies SE (TTE)

TotalEnergies SE (TTE) has announced a Special Cash Dividend effective for Friday, December 2, 2022. On that date, the current TTE option class will change to TTE1.  The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list TTE1 options. Therefore, no options on TTE will be available for trading on Friday, December 2, 2022. 

TotalEnergies SE (TTE) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Monday, December 5, 2022.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in TTE will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, December 1, 2022.
