MIAX Pearl Options Exchange - December 1, 2022 Fee Changes

Effective December 1, 2022, MIAX Pearl Options will amend transaction fees, pending filing with the SEC:

  • MIAX Pearl Options – Priority Customer Taker rates will be lowered for certain Penny classes in certain tiers:
    • Priority Customer Taker fees for Penny classes excluding SPY, QQQ, and IWM will be lowered to $0.48 for Priority Customer Tiers 1-4
    • Priority Customer Taker fees for QQQ and IWM will be lowered to $0.48 for Priority Customer Tiers 1-2
    • Priority Customer Taker fees for SPY remain unchanged
