MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Fidelity National Financial, Inc. (FNF)
Fidelity National Financial, Inc. (FNF) has announced a distribution effective for Thursday, December 1, 2022. On that date, the current FNF option class will change to FNF1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list FNF1 options. Therefore, no options on FNF will be available for trading on Thursday, December 1, 2022.
Fidelity National Financial, Inc. (FNF) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Friday, December 2, 2022.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in FNF will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, November 30, 2022.
