MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: iStar Inc. (STAR)
iStar Inc. (STAR) has announced a distribution effective for Wednesday, November 30, 2022. On that date, the current STAR option class will change to STAR1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list STAR1 options. Therefore, no options on STAR will be available for trading on Wednesday, November 30, 2022.
iStar Inc. (STAR) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Thursday, December 1, 2022.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in STAR will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, November 29, 2022.
