MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert - Boise Cascade Company (BCC) and Bio-Techne Corporation (TECH)
Boise Cascade Company (BCC) has announced a Special Cash Dividend and Bio-Techne Corporation (TECH) has announced a 4-for-1 stock split. Associated strike price adjustments will become effective on Wednesday, November 30, 2022. BCC and TECH options will continue to trade without interruption on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in BCC and TECH will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, November 29, 2022.
