MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Diana Shipping Inc. (DSX)
Diana Shipping Inc. (DSX) has announced a distribution effective for Friday, November 25, 2022. On that date, the current DSX option class will change to DSX2. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list DSX2 options. Therefore, no options on DSX will be available for trading on Friday, November 25, 2022.
Diana Shipping Inc. (DSX) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Monday, November 28, 2022.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in DSX will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, November 23, 2022.
