Diamondback Energy, Inc. (FANG) has announced a Non-Ordinary Cash Dividend. Associated strike price adjustments will become effective on Wednesday, November 16, 2022. FANG options will continue to trade without interruption on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in FANG will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, November 15, 2022.
