MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Landec Corporation (LNDC) Name and Symbol Change to Lifecore Biomedical, Inc. (LFCR)
Landec Corporation (LNDC) will have a name and symbol change to Lifecore Biomedical, Inc. (LFCR) effective on Tuesday, November 15, 2022.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in LNDC will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, November 14, 2022.
NOTE: LFCR options will trade on Cloud 11 on the MIAX Options Exchange and on Cloud 5 on the MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and the MIAX Emerald Options Exchange.
