XL Fleet Corp. (XL) will have a name and symbol change to Spruce Power Holding Corporation (SPRU) effective on Monday, November 14, 2022.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in XL will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, November 11, 2022.
NOTE: SPRU options will trade on Cloud 16 on the MIAX Options Exchange and on Cloud 8 on the MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and the MIAX Emerald Options Exchange.
