MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: iClick Interactive Asia Group Limited (ICLK)
iClick Interactive Asia Group Limited (ICLK) has announced a reverse split effective for Monday, November 14, 2022. On that date, the current ICLK option class will change to ICLK1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list ICLK1 options. Therefore, no options in ICLK will be available for trading on Monday, November 14, 2022.
iClick Interactive Asia Group Limited (ICLK) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Tuesday, November 15, 2022.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in ICLK will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, November 11, 2022.
