MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Ligand Pharmaceuticals Incorporated (LGND)
Ligand Pharmaceuticals Incorporated (LGND) has announced a distribution effective for Wednesday, November 2, 2022. On that date, the current LGND option class will change to LGND1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list LGND1 options. Therefore, no options in LGND will be available for trading on Wednesday, November 2, 2022.
Ligand Pharmaceuticals Incorporated (LGND) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Thursday, November 3, 2022.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in LGND will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, November 1, 2022.
