MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: AcelRx Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (ACRX)
AcelRx Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (ACRX) has announced a reverse split effective for Wednesday, October 26, 2022. On that date, the current ACRX option class will change to ACRX1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list ACRX1 options. Therefore, no options on ACRX will be available for trading on Wednesday, October 26, 2022.
AcelRx Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (ACRX) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Thursday, October 27, 2022.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in ACRX will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, October 25, 2022.
