MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Albertsons Companies, Inc. (ACI) and El Pollo Loco Holdings, Inc. (LOCO)
Albertsons Companies, Inc. (ACI) and El Pollo Loco Holdings, Inc. (LOCO) have announced Special Cash Dividends effective for Friday, October 21, 2022. On that date, the current ACI option class will change to ACI1 and the current option class of LOCO will change to LOCO1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list ACI1 or LOCO1 options. Therefore, no options on ACI or LOCO will be available for trading on Friday, October 21, 2022.
Albertsons Companies, Inc. (ACI) and El Pollo Loco Holdings, Inc. (LOCO) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Monday, October 24, 2022.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in ACI and LOCO will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, October 20, 2022.
