MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Unity Biotechnology, Inc. (UBX)
Unity Biotechnology, Inc. (UBX) has announced a 1-for-10 reverse split effective for Thursday, October 20, 2022. On that date, the current UBX option class will change to UBX1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list UBX1 options. Therefore, no options in UBX will be available for trading on Thursday, October 20, 2022.
Unity Biotechnology, Inc. (UBX) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Friday, October 21, 2022.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in UBX will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, October 19, 2022.
