MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: iBio Inc. (IBIO)
iBio Inc. (IBIO) has announced a reverse split effective for Monday, October 10, 2022. On that date, the current IBIO option class will change to IBIO1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list IBIO1 options. Therefore, no options in IBIO will be available for trading on Monday, October 10, 2022.
iBio Inc. (IBIO) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Tuesday, October 11, 2022.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in IBIO will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, October 7, 2022.
