MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Delisting of Ampio Pharmaceuticals Inc. (AMPE)

Ampio Pharmaceuticals Inc. (AMPE) will be de-listed from the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange effective for trading on Tuesday, October 4, 2022.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in AMPE will be canceled on Monday, October 3, 2022.
