MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Biohaven Pharmaceutical Holding Company Ltd. (BHVN)
Biohaven Pharmaceutical Holding Company Ltd. (BHVN) has announced a contract adjustment effective for Tuesday, October 4, 2022. On that date, the current BHVN option class will change to BHVN1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list BHVN1 options. Therefore, no options in BHVN will be available for trading on Tuesday, October 4, 2022.
Biohaven Pharmaceutical Holding Company Ltd. (BHVN) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Wednesday, October 5, 2022.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in BHVN will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, October 3, 2022.
