MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: American Virtual Cloud Technologies, Inc. (AVCT)
American Virtual Cloud Technologies, Inc. (AVCT) has announced a reverse split for Monday, October 3, 2022. On that date, the current AVCT option class will change to AVCT1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list AVCT1 options. Therefore, no options on AVCT will be available for trading on Monday, October 3, 2022.
American Virtual Cloud Technologies, Inc. (AVCT) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Tuesday, October 4, 2022.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in AVCT will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, September 30, 2022.
