MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Annaly Capital Management, Inc. (NLY)
Annaly Capital Management, Inc. (NLY) has announced a 1 for 4 reverse stock split effective for Monday, September 26, 2022. On that date, the current NLY option class will change to NLY1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list NLY1 options. Therefore, no options in NLY will be available for trading on Monday, September 26, 2022.
Annaly Capital Management, Inc. (NLY) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Tuesday, September 27, 2022.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in NLY will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, September 23, 2022.
