MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Cheetah Mobile Inc. (CMCM)
Cheetah Mobile Inc. (CMCM) has announced a 1 for 5 reverse stock split effective for Friday, September 2, 2022. On that date, the current CMCM option class will change to CMCM1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list CMCM1 options. Therefore, no options in CMCM will be available for trading on Friday, September 2, 2022.
Cheetah Mobile Inc. (CMCM) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Tuesday, September 6, 2022.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in CMCM will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, September 1, 2022.
