Effective September 1, 2022, pending filing with the SEC, MIAX Pearl Equities will implement the following fee changes:

1. Rebate for executions that add liquidity in securities below $1 for Displayed and Non-Displayed orders will be (0.10%) of dollar value traded
2. Fee to remove liquidity for executions in securities below $1 will be 0.20% of dollar value traded
