MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Orchid Island Capital, Inc. (ORC)
Orchid Island Capital, Inc. (ORC) has announced a reverse spit effective for Wednesday, August 31, 2022. On that date, the current ORC option class will change to ORC1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list ORC1 options. Therefore, no options on ORC will be available for trading on Wednesday, August 31, 2022.
Orchid Island Capital, Inc. (ORC) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Thursday, September 1, 2022.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in ORC will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, August 30, 2022.
