MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Delisting of Defiance Next Gen SPAC Derived ETF (SPAK)

Defiance Next Gen SPAC Derived ETF (SPAK) will be de-listed from the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange effective on Tuesday, August 30, 2022.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in SPAK will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, August 29, 2022.
