MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: NatWest Group plc (NWG)

NatWest Group plc (NWG) has announced a 13-for-14 Share Consolidation and Special Cash Dividend effective for Tuesday, August 30, 2022. On that date, the current NWG option class will change to NWG1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list NWG1 options. Therefore, no options in NWG will be available for trading on Tuesday, August 30, 2022 and Wednesday August 31, 2022.

NatWest Group plc (NWG) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Thursday, September 1, 2022.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in NWG will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, August 29, 2022.
