MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Mind Medicine (MindMed) Inc. (MNMD)
Mind Medicine (MindMed) Inc. (MNMD) has announced a reverse stock split effective for Monday, August 29, 2022. On that date, the current MNMD option class will change to MNMD1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list MNMD1 options. Therefore, no options in MNMD will be available for trading on Monday, August 29, 2022.
Mind Medicine (MindMed) Inc. (MNMD) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Tuesday, August 30, 2022.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in MNMD will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, August 26, 2022.
