MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Athersys, Inc. (ATHX)
Athersys, Inc. (ATHX) has announced a reverse stock split effective for Monday, August 29, 2022. On that date, the current ATHX option class will change to ATHX1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list ATHX1 options. Therefore, no options in ATHX will be available for trading on Monday, August 29, 2022.
Athersys, Inc. (ATHX) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Tuesday, August 30, 2022.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in ATHX will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, August 26, 2022.
