MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: DigitalBridge Group, Inc. (DBRG)

DigitalBridge Group, Inc. (DBRG) has announced a reverse stock split effective for Tuesday, August 23, 2022. On that date, the current DBRG option class will change to DBRG1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list DBRG1 options. Therefore, no options in DBRG will be available for trading on Tuesday, August 23, 2022. 

DigitalBridge Group, Inc. (DBRG) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Wednesday, August 24, 2022.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in DBRG will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, August 22, 2022.
