MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: AMC Entertainment Holdings, Inc. (AMC) and Canadian Natural Resources Limited (CNQ)
AMC Entertainment Holdings, Inc. (AMC) and Canadian Natural Resources Limited (CNQ) have announced distributions effective for Monday, August 22, 2022. On that date, the current AMC and CNQ options classes will change to AMC1 and CNQ1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list AMC1 and CNQ1 options. Therefore, no options on AMC and CNQ will be available for trading on Monday, August 22, 2022.
AMC Entertainment Holdings, Inc. (AMC) and Canadian Natural Resources Limited (CNQ) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Tuesday, August 23, 2022.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in AMC and CNQ will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, August 19, 2022.
