MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Second Sight Medical Products, Inc. (EYES)
Second Sight Medical Products, Inc. (EYES) has announced a reverse stock split effective for Friday, August 19, 2022. On that date, the current EYES option class will change to EYES1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list EYES1 options. Therefore, no options in EYES will be available for trading on Friday, August 19, 2022.
Second Sight Medical Products, Inc. (EYES) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Monday, August 22, 2022.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in EYES will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, August 18, 2022.
