MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Embark Technology, Inc. (EMBK)
Embark Technology, Inc. (EMBK) has announced a reverse stock split effective for Wednesday, August 17, 2022. On that date, the current EMBK option class will change to EMBK1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list EMBK1 options. Therefore, no options in EMBK will be available for trading on Wednesday, August 17, 2022.
Embark Technology, Inc. (EMBK) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Thursday, August 18, 2022.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in EMBK will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, August 16, 2022.
