MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Root, Inc. (ROOT)

Root, Inc. (ROOT) has announced a reverse stock split effective for Monday, August 15, 2022. On that date, the current ROOT option class will change to ROOT1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list ROOT1 options. Therefore, no options in ROOT will be available for trading on Monday, August 15, 2022. 

Root, Inc. (ROOT) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Tuesday, August 16, 2022.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in ROOT will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, August 12, 2022.
