MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: CVR Energy, Inc. (CVI)
CVR Energy, Inc. (CVI) has announced a distribution effective for Thursday, August 11, 2022. On that date, the current CVI option class will change to CVI1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list CVI1 options. Therefore, no options on CVI will be available for trading on Thurssday, August 11, 2022.
CVR Energy, Inc. (CVI) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Friday, August 12, 2022.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in CVI will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, August 10, 2022.
