MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Fortress Transportation and Infrastructure Investors LLC (FTAI)
Fortress Transportation and Infrastructure Investors LLC (FTAI) has announced a distribution effective for Tuesday, August 2, 2022. On that date, the current FTAI option class will change to FTAI1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list FTAI1 options. Therefore, no options on FTAI will be available for trading on Tuesday, August 2, 2022.
Fortress Transportation and Infrastructure Investors LLC (FTAI) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Wednesday, August 3, 2022.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in FTAI will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, August 1, 2022.
