U.S. Options

Effective August 1, 2022, MIAX Options will change SPIKES Options fees to a) introduce a new Routing EEM Rebate Program, b) bifurcate and adjust Simple and Complex fees, and c) adjust PRIME and cPRIME fees

1. New Routing EEM Rebate Program – MIAX will rebate ($0.25) per contract to the routing EEM for eligible executed Priority Customers orders
   1. Eligible Priority Customer orders include:
      1. Simple and Simple Opening orders <= 250 contracts,
      2. PRIME Agency orders <= 250 contracts,
      3. Complex orders, lesser of <= 250 strategies or <= 1,000 contracts,
      4. cPRIME Agency orders, lesser of <= 250 strategies or <= 1,000 contracts

2. Simple and Complex fees (per contract) 
   1. Bifurcate Maker/Taker fees based on whether the contra origin is a Priority Customer
      1. Maker fees when contra origin is not a Priority Customer
         1. $0 for Priority Customer/Market Makers/Firm Proprietary and $0.10 for others
      2. Maker fees when contra origin is a Priority Customer
         1. $0 for Priority Customer, $0.10 for Market Makers/Firm Proprietary, and $0.25 for others
      3. Taker fees when contra origin is not a Priority Customer
         1. $0 for Priority Customer, $0.20 for Market Makers/Firm Proprietary, and $0.25 for others
      4. Taker fees when contra origin is a Priority Customer
         1. $0 for Priority Customer, $0.30 for Market Makers/Firm Proprietary, and $0.35 for others
   2. Simple Opening will be $0.25 for all origins except Priority Customer
   3. Market Turner Incentive Program will be removed
3. PRIME and cPRIME fees (per contract)
   1. Contra fees for all origins will be $0.25
   2. Responder fees for all origins will be $0.50
