MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Exela Technologies, Inc. (XELA)
Exela Technologies, Inc. (XELA) has announced a reverse stock split effective for Tuesday, July 26, 2022. On that date, the current XELA option class will change to XELA1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list XELAL1 options. Therefore, no options in XELA will be available for trading on Tuesday, July 26, 2022.
Exela Technologies, Inc. (XELA) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Wednesday, July 27, 2022.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in XELA will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, July 25, 2022.
