MIAX Pearl Equities Exchange - Experienced Momentary System Issue Which Automatically Resolved
Please be advised that MIAX Pearl Equities experienced an internal system NIC card failure between 1:21:34 PM and 1:21:37 PM which initiated a failover to a redundant NIC card and engaged an internal protection that initiated unsolicited cancels, but caused no customer connection interruption.
All MIAX trading systems are operating normally.
