MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Encompass Health Corporation (EHC)
Encompass Health Corporation (EHC) has announced a distribution effective for Friday, July 1, 2022. On that date, the current EHC option class will change to EHC1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list EHC1 options. Therefore, no options on EHC will be available for trading on Friday, July 1, 2022.
Encompass Health Corporation (EHC) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Tuesday, July 5, 2022.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in EHC will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, June 30, 2022.
