MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Vinco Ventures, Inc. (BBIG)
Vinco Ventures, Inc. (BBIG) has announced a Distribution effective for Thursday, June 30, 2022. On that date, the current BBIG option class will change to BBIG1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list BBIG1 options. Therefore, no options on BBIG will be available for trading on Thursday, June 30, 2022.
Vinco Ventures, Inc. (BBIG) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Friday, July 1, 2022.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in BBIG will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, June 29, 2022.
