MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Regulus Therapeutics Inc. (RGLS)
Regulus Therapeutics Inc. (RGLS) has announced a reverse stock split effective for Wednesday, June 29, 2022. On that date, the current RGLS option class will change to RGLS1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list RGLS1 options. Therefore, no options on RGLS will be available for trading on Wednesday, June 29, 2022.
Regulus Therapeutics Inc. (RGLS) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Thursday, June 30, 2022.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in RGLS will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, June 28, 2022.
