MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Ecopetrol S.A. (EC)
Ecopetrol S.A. (EC) has announced a Special Cash Dividend effective for Tuesday, June 28, 2022. On that date, the current EC option class will change to EC1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list EC1 options. Therefore, no options on EC will be available for trading on Tuesday, June 28, 2022.
Ecopetrol S.A. (EC) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Wednesday, June 29, 2022.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in EC will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, June 27, 2022.
