MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert - Capital Southwest Corporation (CSWC) and EOG Resources, Inc. (EOG)
Capital Southwest Corporation (CSWC) and EOG Resources, Inc. (EOG) have announced Special Cash Dividends. Associated strike price adjustments will become effective on Tuesday, June 14, 2022. CSWC and EOG options will continue to trade without interruption on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in CSWC and EOG will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, June 13, 2022.
