MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Invesco Mortgage Capital Inc. (IVR)
Invesco Mortgage Capital Inc. (IVR) has announced a 1-for-10 reverse stock split effective for Monday, June 6, 2022. On that date, the current IVR option class will change to IVR1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list IVR1 options. Therefore, no options on IVR will be available for trading on Monday, June 6, 2022.
Invesco Mortgage Capital Inc. (IVR) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Tuesday, June 7, 2022.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in IVR will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, June 3, 2022.
