MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: BioNTech SE (BNTX)
BioNTech SE (BNTX) has announced a distribution effective for Thursday, June 2, 2022. On that date, the current BNTX option class will change to BNTX1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list BNTX1 options. Therefore, no options on BNTX will be available for trading on Thursday, June 2, 2022.
BioNTech SE (BNTX) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Friday, June 3, 2022.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in BNTX will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, June 1, 2022.
