MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Sanofi (SNY)
Sanofi (SNY) has announced a distribution effective for Thursday, May 26, 2022. On that date, the current SNY option class will change to SNY1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list SNY1 options. Therefore, no options on SNY will be available for trading on Thursday, May 26, 2022.
Sanofi (SNY) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Friday, May 27, 2022.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in SNY will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, May 25 2022.
