MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: ProShares UltraShort Bloomberg Crude Oil (SCO)
ProShares UltraShort Bloomberg Crude Oil (SCO) has announced a 1-for-5 reverse stock split effective for Thursday, May 26, 2022. On that date, the current SCO option class will change to SCO1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list SCO1 options. Therefore, no options on SCO will be available for trading on Thursday, May 26, 2022.
ProShares UltraShort Bloomberg Crude Oil (SCO) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Friday, May 27, 2022.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in SCO will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, May 25, 2022.
