MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: HIVE Blockchain Technologies Ltd. (HIVE)
HIVE Blockchain Technologies Ltd. (HIVE) has announced a 1-for-5 reverse stock split effective for Tuesday, May 24, 2022. On that date, the current HIVE option class will change to HIVE1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list HIVE1 options. Therefore, no options on HIVE will be available for trading on Tuesday, May 24, 2022.
HIVE Blockchain Technologies Ltd. (HIVE) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Wednesday, May 25, 2022.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in HIVE will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, May 23, 2022.
